Because parlays fail if a single one of the underlying wagers loses, they have much higher payouts than any of those legs on its own. A parlay-sometimes referred to as a “multi,” “accumulator,” or “combo”-is a single wager comprised of multiple separate wagers, which are called “legs.” A parlay is successful only if every leg is successful.
